Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product recommendations
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to store success
• Stay informed about current products, trends, and promotions
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards, including back of house
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
• Support inventory management and stockroom organization
• Replenish the shop floor and communicate daily needs to the management team

Requirements

• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Strong interest in fashion
• Experience in customer service, with retail experience preferred
• Ability to interact with customers in a loud and busy environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive activities
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds and use ladders or stepping stools
• Flexible schedule to work weekends and evenings
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); Spanish speaking is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the US
