About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop deep product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers
- Manage store opening and closing procedures as a keyholder
- Capture CRM data in accordance with company guidelines
- Merchandise products and maintain a neat, professional environment
- Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
- Assist with inventory management and merchandise control logs
- Follow all security and loss prevention procedures
- Perform basic watch services, including sizing and battery changes
Requirements
- Proven selling skills and retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, or fashion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Previous management experience is strongly preferred
- Open availability and flexibility to work according to business needs
