Retail Sales Associate Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop deep product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers
• Manage store opening and closing procedures as a keyholder
• Capture CRM data in accordance with company guidelines
• Merchandise products and maintain a neat, professional store environment
• Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
• Assist with inventory management and merchandise control logs
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures
• Perform basic watch services, including sizing and battery changes

• Strong selling skills and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or accessories
• Previous management or leadership experience
