Retail Sales Associate Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop deep product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers
• Manage store opening and closing procedures as a keyholder
• Capture CRM data in accordance with company guidelines
• Merchandise products and maintain a neat, professional working environment
• Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures
• Perform watch servicing, including sizing and battery changes

Requirements

• Strong selling skills and experience in retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform basic watch servicing (battery changes and sizing)
• Open availability and a flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Previous management experience is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or specialty retail
