Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to provide excellent service and build brand loyalty
• Use product expertise to educate, inform, and inspire customers through suggestive selling
• Promote brand loyalty programs and educate customers on available benefits
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel retail offerings
• Support various store areas including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center
• Execute operational processes effectively and handle customer returns or issues professionally
• Contribute to personal and store-wide sales goals and results

Requirements

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and team members
• A customer-focused mindset and passion for the retail industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Proficiency with retail technology
• Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 30 lbs
