Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and act as an outfitter through exceptional product knowledge
• Support marketing events and in-store promotions, clientele emails, and community outreach
• Ensure Filson Standards and Operating Standards are met to maintain brand consistency
• Provide a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers
• Support store operations by enforcing company programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Uphold visual merchandising requirements on the sales floor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a service mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Merchandising and visual sales floor skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Basic math skills; register experience is a plus
• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to stand for 8 hours, lift and carry 30 pounds, reach overhead, and bend/kneel/stoop
