Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and act as an outfitter through exceptional product knowledge
• Support marketing events, in-store promotions, and community outreach
• Maintain Filson Standards and Operating Standards for brand consistency
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers
• Enforce company programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Adhere to Time & Attendance and Standards of Conduct policies

Requirements

• Able to stand for 8 hours
• Able to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Able to reach overhead
• Able to pull clothing and luggage from shelves
• Able to bend, kneel, or stoop

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Merchandising and visual sales floor skills
• Basic math skills and register experience
