Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
• Attend to customers and up-sell merchandise
• Maintain shop neatness and replenish stock
• Perform all cashiering duties
• Use sales techniques to promote exclusive merchandise
• Participate in stock-take and month-end inventories
• Ensure shop cleanliness and follow safety policies

Requirements

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and/or POS systems
• Revenue-driven mindset
• Professional presentation
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and responsible

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
• Previous hotel experience
