Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform magical transformations for guests into princesses, knights, or pirates using hair styling, makeup, and nail application
• Support onboard retail locations by selling ship and island merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of shop floors, display tables, and stockrooms
• Manage inventory including restocking shelves, performing counts, and receiving merchandise
• Assist with daily promotions, price adjustments, and floor moves
• Meet or exceed sales targets and incentive goals

Requirements

• Minimum six months of retail or sales experience in a fast-paced environment within the last 3 years
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform character storytelling for several hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds
• Computer proficiency
• Willingness to live and work onboard a vessel in a multicultural environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-lingual skills
• Experience in hair, makeup, or nail application
• Experience using a hand truck
