Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales plans
• Support onboard retail locations and proactively sell ship/island merchandise in fixed and mobile locations
• Focus on specialty merchandise, onboard art, duty-free products, liquor, perfumes, and jewellery
• Create magical shopping experiences by upholding safety, courtesy, and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum six months of retail or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and/or move 40 pound items
• Computer proficiency
• Willingness to live and work onboard a vessel in a multicultural environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and criminal background check
• Valid passport and ability to obtain a C1/D Seaman's visa

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-lingual skills
• Passion for Disney products, characters, and storytelling
