Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and build client relationships
• Act as a brand ambassador with expert product knowledge
• Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and gift wrapping
• Contribute to daily personal and store sales targets
• Manage stock transfers, inventory organization, and showroom restocking
• Maintain store visual standards and cleanliness
• Process phone orders and coordinate in-store pickups

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer-facing sales experience
• Experience with contemporary apparel or accessory brands is a plus
• Connection to the "Fewer, Better" philosophy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-30 lbs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
