Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Build connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs
• Handle cash, process transactions accurately, and check IDs
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
• Support inventory tasks including restocking and fulfilling online orders
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Basic proficiency in math and computer applications
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in sales focusing on KPIs and sales targets
• Familiarity with e-commerce systems and order fulfillment
• Previous experience in a regulated retail setting
