Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Provide personalized product advice and build customer connections
• Handle cash, process transactions, and manage POS systems
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
• Support inventory tasks including restocking and fulfilling online orders
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge
• Follow all regulatory procedures and ID verification protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer-facing or sales experience
• 6+ months of experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in sales with KPI tracking experience
• Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment
• Previous experience in a regulated retail environment
