Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Build connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Encourage loyalty through rewards program sign-ups
• Handle cash, process transactions, and check IDs
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
• Support inventory tasks including restocking and fulfilling online orders
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience
• 6 months of experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic proficiency in math and computer applications
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in sales focusing on KPIs and targets
• Familiarity with e-commerce systems and order fulfillment
• Previous experience in a regulated retail setting
