Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers
• Conduct customer consultations and handle questions or complaints
• Assist customers in product selection through education on cannabis products
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques
• Verify order accuracy, label, and package customer orders
• Perform accurate cash handling in the Point of Sale system
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities, sales, and inventory
• Follow all security protocols and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to learn and apply technical product information
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift/carry items in a dispensary setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience
• Willingness to learn about cannabinoids and their effects on the body
