Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships by listening to their needs
• Assist customers in product selection through cannabis product education
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers
• Assist in verifying order accuracy and packaging orders
• Perform accurate cash handling using the Point of Sale system
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities, sales, and returns
• Perform routine inventory counts and organize product stock
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ensure security measures and safety compliance according to SOPs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must comply with all legal and industry regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience
