Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify proper documentation and ID
• Conduct customer consultations to assist with product selection
• Educate customers on different cannabis products and their effects
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets
• Verify order accuracy, label, and package customer orders
• Perform accurate cash handling using the Point of Sale system
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and returns
• Assist with inventory counts and organizing merchandise displays
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dispensary environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to learn and apply technical product information
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift/carry items
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
