Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify proper documentation and ID
• Conduct customer consultations to assist in product selection
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques
• Verify order accuracy, label, and package customer orders
• Perform accurate cash handling using the Point of Sale system
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities, sales, and inventory
• Follow all security protocols and safety standards
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to learn and apply technical product information
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift as required
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience
• Knowledge of cannabinoids and their effects
