Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships through attentive listening
• Assist customers in product selection via cannabis product education
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques
• Verify customer documentation and identification
• Assist in verifying order accuracy and performing cash handling via POS
• Label, package, and manage customer orders
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and returns
• Perform routine inventory counts and organize product stock
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ensure security measures and safety compliance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience
