Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships through attentive listening
• Assist customers in product selection via cannabis education
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques
• Verify customer documentation and identification
• Ensure accuracy of orders during dispensing
• Label and package customer orders
• Perform cash handling using Point of Sale systems
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and returns
• Perform routine inventory counts and organize stock
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Escalate employee or customer issues to management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience
