Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and dynamic environment for customers
• Contribute to daily sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Deliver excellent customer service using storytelling techniques
• Maintain operational and merchandising standards
• Collaborate with team members on stock replenishment and product flow
• Ensure high levels of store cleanliness and safety
• Follow all store policies and procedures
• Maintain availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and handle merchandise deliveries
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Professional level of English
• Availability for a 20h/week fixed-term contract (CDD) from mid-June to mid-September
