Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations and BYOD setups
• Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage escalations
• Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
• Perform in-depth diagnostics and process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims
• Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, inventory organization, and cleanliness
• Support operational tasks such as equipment returns and on-demand delivery fulfillment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment
