Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by building and maintaining client relationships
• Assist clients with special orders, repairs, and custom requests
• Process transactions through the POS system
• Maintain accurate inventory through checks and cycle counts
• Maintain store visual integrity, including stocking and updating displays
• Adhere to all retail policies, health, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems
• High degree of integrity when handling sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
