Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth
• Advise customers on product needs through expert product knowledge
• Drive conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT) through active selling behaviors
• Foster lasting client relationships and loyalty through consistent engagement
• Facilitate personal shopping appointments to inspire assigned clients
• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and key performance targets
• Maintain store operating standards, including register accuracy and physical cleanliness

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience in a customer-focused environment
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including peaks and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands or high-volume retail is an asset
