Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of "Canadian Warmth"
• Advise customers on product needs through expert product knowledge
• Drive sales by achieving revenue targets, conversion, and units per transaction (UPT)
• Foster lasting client relationships and loyalty through consistent engagement
• Facilitate personal shopping appointments to engage and inspire clients
• Execute operational standards, including accurate use of register systems and store tools
• Support the upkeep of physical store maintenance and cleanliness

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours (including peak and holidays)
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel) is an asset
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands or high-volume traffic is an asset
