Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team
• Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other key selling metrics such as conversion and average transaction value
• Develop and maintain personal customer relationships through clienteling and after-sale engagement
• Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
• Maintain visual merchandise directives and support overall physical store upkeep

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Proven record of successful sales performance
• Experience working with affluent or luxury brands in high-traffic locations preferred
• Strong communication, social, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the apparel retail industry
• Proficiency in a second language
