Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of "Canadian Warmth"
• Provide expert product recommendations to meet customer needs
• Drive sales by achieving revenue targets, conversion, and units per transaction (UPT)
• Build and maintain authentic client relationships through consistent outreach and personal shopping appointments
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer journey and positive store environment
• Execute operational standards, including register usage and store maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Previous experience working with luxury lifestyle brands in high-volume locations
• Ability to work full-time (35-40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
