Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team
• Drive key metrics including Net Promoter Score (NPS), conversion, and average transaction value
• Develop and maintain personal customer relationships through CRM and clienteling
• Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
• Maintain visual merchandising directives and support overall store upkeep and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Proven record of successful sales performance
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
• Good understanding of CRM tools and processes
• Excellent communication and social skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in apparel retail
• Previous experience working with luxury or affluent brands in high-traffic locations
• Proficiency in a second language
