Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through conversion and clienteling
• Deliver inclusive customer experiences and cultivate repeat business
• Serve as a product expert and conduct in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultations
• Open and close the store, operate alarm systems, and reconcile registers
• Perform daily operational tasks, paperwork reconciliation, and inventory protection
• Execute in-home installations and provide additional product recommendations
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Minimum one year of retail sales experience or equivalent transferable skills
• Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with POS systems, alarm systems, and standard office equipment
• Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
