Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through customer engagement and clienteling
• Serve as a product expert and deliver elevated in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultations
• Assist clients with space design based on sleeping habits and style preferences
• Open and close the store as a Key Holder, count registers, and operate the alarm system
• Reconcile daily paperwork and perform operational tasks to protect store assets and inventory
• Conduct in-home installations and provide recommendations to drive additional sales
• Maintain visual presentation, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards throughout the store

Requirements

• Minimum one year of retail sales experience
• Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude with strong customer engagement abilities
• Proficiency with POS systems, phones, and alarm systems
• Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite, Word, and Excel
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
