Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
• Create an inclusive customer experience and cultivate repeat business through clienteling
• Act as a product expert for all Boll & Branch offerings
• Provide in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultations
• Perform keyholder duties including opening/closing the store and managing registers
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards
• Perform in-home installations and make product recommendations
• Protect store assets and inventory through loss prevention procedures

Requirements

• Minimum one year of retail sales experience or comparable industry experience
• Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management
• Proficiency with POS systems, alarm systems, and office equipment
• Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite (Google Drive/Docs), Word, and Excel
• Ability to stand for long periods, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
