Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations
• Complete cashier duties including processing purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Keep the sales floor clean, well-stocked, and organized
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in product demonstration and cashiering tasks
