Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing up purchases
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual presentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment by adhering to safety standards

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-first retail environment
• Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting
• Effective communication skills and ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations effectively
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform constant physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders
