Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Create genuine connections with customers through product demos and personalized recommendations
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement
• Provide efficient cash wrap experience including ringing purchases and maintaining cleanliness
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-first retail environment
• Demonstrated sales results in a fast-paced setting
• Effective communication and adaptability skills
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations
• Availability to work peak days including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform constant physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders
