Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through friendly, personalized selling
• Build genuine customer connections by uncovering needs and recommending products
• Support rewards program enrollment and engagement at checkout and on the sales floor
• Operate the cash register and keep the cash wrap clean, stocked, and organized
• Replenish merchandise and help maintain brand standards and store presentation
• Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual merchandising, and marketing placement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
