Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering their needs and demonstrating products
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement during sales and at checkout
• Provide efficient cash wrap service, including ringing up purchases and maintaining a clean register area
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store fully stocked
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to all company safety standards and procedures
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset with a passion for retail
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to feedback
• Ability to de-escalate customer or store situations effectively
• Availability to work peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform constant physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds
