Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized product recommendations and demonstrations
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering their needs and sharing product knowledge
• Provide efficient cash wrap service, including ringing up purchases and maintaining a clean checkout area
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to ensure the store remains full and abundant
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement
• Adhere to all safety standards to provide a safe and engaging environment for customers and teammates
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset with a passion for retail excellence
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform constant physical activity, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
