Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering their needs and demonstrating products
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement during sales and at checkout
• Provide efficient cash wrap service, including ringing up purchases and maintaining a clean register area
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to all company safety standards

Requirements

• Previous customer-facing retail experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to de-escalate customer situations
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Ability to perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
