Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and providing trustworthy automotive advice
• Assist customers with product selection and use diagnostic tools to recommend solutions
• Maintain well-stocked inventory and follow proper point of sale and loss prevention procedures
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals and performance metrics
• Follow company safety policies and utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years old
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Strong communication and people skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Previous experience in automotive retail
• Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
