Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
• Attend to customers in a polite manner while utilizing up-selling techniques
• Manage all cashiering duties and process transactions accurately
• Maintain shop cleanliness and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and replenished
• Promote exclusive Fairmont merchandise to customers
• Participate in stock-taking and month-end inventory processes
• Follow all department policies, service standards, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Ability to work cohesively within a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Highly responsible and reliable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Previous experience working within a hotel setting
