Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to recommend tailored sleep health solutions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets within a supportive team environment
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and stock control
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-ups
• Manage POS transactions, administrative tasks, and equipment care
• Develop deep product knowledge through structured training programs

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or customer service roles
• A sales-driven mindset balanced with empathy and care for customers
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work towards KPIs and stay solutions-focused in a busy environment
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday

• Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical environments
