Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with professionalism and kindness, guiding them to the best choices
• Process payments and issue invoices for purchased goods
• Participate in organizing specific activities and training colleagues in your area of responsibility
• Actively participate in product inventory and manage stock in your area
• Replenish the sales floor with goods from stock
• Verify product characteristics, including expiration dates and prices

Requirements

• Completed secondary education
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Passion for helping customers
• Organized, attentive, and responsible
• Willingness to work with diverse product ranges and business customers
• Comfortable working in environments with low temperatures
