Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized, and brand-aligned service to every customer
• Work toward achieving daily and monthly sales goals using defined strategies
• Support team sales challenges and maintain a collaborative work environment
• Manage store operations including stock organization and inventory control
• Handle returns, online exchanges, and order follow-ups
• Complete store documentation such as Excel reports and stock tracking
• Maintain the store’s visual and operational standards

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personality
• Strong passion for fashion and high attention to detail
• Positive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
• Intermediate English level
• Experience working with premium brands is preferred
