About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product and pricing enquiries
- Process sales transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) register
- Support store presentation and maintain merchandising displays
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative duties and banking tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administration
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- A friendly, approachable, and practical can-do attitude
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Must have valid Australian working rights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
