Retail Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, premium, and personalized shopping experience for every customer
• Advise customers on styling, gifting, and product selection
• Support the team in achieving sales and service goals
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking beautiful
• Build long-term customer relationships and represent the brand with confidence
• Support daily store operations and teamwork on the shop floor

Requirements

• Experience in retail, fashion, jewellery, or premium/luxury customer service
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken confidently)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, energy, and openness towards people
• Team spirit and a willingness to learn
• A genuine passion for fashion, jewellery, and customer experience
