Retail Sales Administrator

About the Company

David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and submit line review packets and new item setup forms across retailers and distributors
• Own the submission calendar and track retailer/distributor line review windows
• Submit promotional, feature, and temporary price reduction forms through portals
• Maintain accurate item attributes, pricing, dimensions, and nutritional data across systems
• Drive the full onboarding flow for new retailers and distributors, including vendor paperwork and portal access
• Manage company and regulatory documentation such as COIs, W-9s, and supplier agreements
• Build trackers, templates, and standard operating procedures to scale operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail/sales operations, item setup, or category/sales coordination
• Hands-on familiarity with retailer and distributor portals (e.g., Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online, UNFI, KeHE)
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong ownership of deadlines and proactive follow-through
• Ability to handle high-volume, detail-intensive work under pressure
• Clear and proactive communication skills
