Retail Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities for a premium commercial tire dealership to maximize sales revenue
• Act as the first line of contact for customers, resolving tire and service issues
• Support inbound calls, order entry, and logistics for outside sales associates
• Perform needs assessments to identify customer requirements and upsell ancillary products
• Coordinate service vehicle dispatch and relay work orders to service managers
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, deliveries, and periodic counts
• Process administrative paperwork and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing products
• Maintain availability for rotating shifts, including potential nights and weekends

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs routinely and up to 150 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a tire dealership
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
