Retail Sales 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist in building and coaching a high-performing team through onboarding and performance management.
• Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience by building relationships and utilizing product knowledge.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and effective communication.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
• Support operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and safety/loss prevention.
• Analyze business results to create and execute action plans that meet KPI goals.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
