Retail Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Support DeNovo branch expansion by helping launch new locations and shaping team culture.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify financial needs and growth opportunities.
• Provide tailored advice on retail investments, lending solutions, home financing, and small business solutions.
• Drive business growth by generating appointments and building strong community and networking relationships.
• Make credit recommendations for personal lending transactions in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize digital and self-serve banking tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Apply risk management frameworks to protect bank assets and maintain portfolio quality.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a consultative sales role.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of retail investments, lending products, and small business solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Federal registration with the NMLS is required (the Bank will provide instruction on registration requirements).
• Ability to work at multiple branches or varying shifts based on market needs.
