Retail Regional Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and budgets for the designated region.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs to implement targeted sales strategies and increase market share.
• Build, train, and manage the regional sales team, establishing performance KPIs and incentive mechanisms.
• Supervise daily sales operations, providing coaching and technical guidance to improve team performance.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key regional accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead market research initiatives and organize promotional activities such as exhibitions and seminars to enhance brand influence.
• Collect and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and regular reports to the Sales Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 10+ years of professional sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales management.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use data to drive sales strategy.
• Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing market demands.
